can help achieve the goal. For example, an objective to minimize pollution might
tell an employee to do their work from left-to-right instead of right-to-left or
buy from company-A instead of company-B. Some changes may be small but they're
all important in building a winning company SEM plan.

the foundation for in-house success includes building and organizing a large
cross-functional team, optimizing assets/creating accountability, prioritizing
efforts, defining tactics, tracking consistent metrics and increasing SEO
consistency across your organization.
SEM is a CORPORATE mind set. Given the fact,
everyone in the company plays a role in your SEO marketing, one will need to

The biggest hurdle, and the first hurdle that I
recommend a company tackle, is getting TOTAL executive buy-in. If you don't have
that in a the organization, you're sunk. We know all too well that people are
bombarded every day by deadlines, new projects, or some other fire drill. That
makes it difficult to get their attention to focus on something new and
unfamiliar, like SEO. The other fact of the matter is that people do not like
change. PERIOD. So couple that with the fire drills and you have a recipe for
total failure. This is what kills 80% of all SEM efforts in companies.
